Shipping & Delivery

Upon the successful completion and verification of your payment, which is to be made in EUR currency, your order will undergo processing under the supervision of Hele Bun. The processing duration may vary for each individual order and is contingent upon the availability status of the items you have ordered, as indicated on the respective product pages. This is particularly relevant in the case of preorders. If your order comprises items with differing availability statuses, it is advisable to consider the processing time associated with the item with the longest availability status as a reference, as your entire order will be processed and shipped together. To illustrate, if your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be dispatched on the estimated date specified for the preorder item.

Upon the readiness of all ordered items within our warehouse, we will initiate the packing process with the aim of expeditiously dispatching your order.

Following the dispatch of your order from our warehouse and its handover to the courier, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Shipping times are contingent upon the destination country and are as follows:

 

Tracking option

  • Italy: 1 - 4 business days.
  • Europe: 3 - 5 business days.
  • North America: 8 - 10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7 - 9 business days.

*  The tracking number will exclusively reflect the arrival of the package at the International Exchange Center, the moment at which the package leaves the country of origin, and its arrival at the recipient.

 

No tracking option

  • Italy: 4 - 6 business days.
  • Europe: 8 - 10 business days.
  • North America / Oceania: 16 - 18 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 22 - 24 business days.

 

Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of the products you have added to your order.

 

It is important to note that there may be occasional delays during the shipping process, which are beyond our control and are determined by the courier company.

 

Update for shipments to the USA: A 15% tax has been added to all products if you order from the US. This additional cost is used to cover customs fees and prevent unwanted delays in the destination country.

 

Potential lost parcel

It is advisable for you to initiate an inquiry regarding the courier company, bearing in mind that any loss of the package falls beyond our competence. In the event that, following the claims procedure, the item remains untraceable, both we and the purchaser will initiate a dialogue to explore potential options for refund or the shipment of replacement products.

 

Damaged goods

Prior to dispatching our products, we consistently undertake a quality verification process. It is important to note that if a product sustains damage during transit as a result of mishandling by the courier company, I cannot assume responsibility for issuing a refund.
